Location is good. Rooms need work
slow check-instained chair
i was disappointed the check-in process felt slow. there were many staff around, but no one offered help with luggage. our room, a beautiful king bed room, had some cleanliness issues. i noticed wet stains on the chair and the coffee maker looked quite old and needed cleaning before use. the unusual lighting controls near the bed were confusing too.

I found the shower amazing. Staff helped me get toothpaste and toothbrushes very late at night. The hotel has elevator security. I needed a room key for access. Parking under the hotel provided safe cover.

Breakfast featured MANY delicious options, and though i did not dine fully in THE restaurant, I found the breakfast service good. The staff were FRIENDLY and the options seemed FRESH. This added value.
