Location is good. Rooms need work
slow check-in stained chair
i was disappointed the check-in process felt slow. there were many staff around, but no one offered help with luggage. our room, a beautiful king bed room, had some cleanliness issues. i noticed wet stains on the chair and the coffee maker looked quite old and needed cleaning before use. the unusual lighting controls near the bed were confusing too.

amazing shower helpful staff safe parking
I found the shower amazing. Staff helped me get toothpaste and toothbrushes very late at night. The hotel has elevator security. I needed a room key for access. Parking under the hotel provided safe cover.
